Research Articles

This is the most common type of journal manuscript used to publish full reports of data from research. It may be called an Original Article, Research Article, Research, or just Article, depending on the journal. The Original Research format is suitable for many different fields and different types of studies. It includes full Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion sections.

Review Articles

Review Articles provide a comprehensive summary of research on a certain topic, and a perspective on the state of the field and where it is heading. They are often written by leaders in a particular discipline after an invitation from the editors of a journal. Reviews are often widely read (for example, by researchers looking for a full introduction to a field) and highly cited.

Technical Note

Technical notes are brief articles focused on a new technique, method, or procedure. These should describe important modifications or unique applications for the described method. Technical notes can also be used for describing a new software tool or computational method. The structure should include an Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusions, with a suggested minimum word count of 3000 words.

Special Issue "Current Status and Future Trends in BioScience and BioTechnology"

Recent social requests for new industry creation in the biotechnology field have been increasing rapidly. The Division of Bioscience and Biotechnology for Future Bioindustries was newly founded in order to meet these social needs by conducting frontier research directed to bioindustrial applications on the basis of microbiology, food science, bioorganic chemistry, genomics, and bioinformatics. This division also provides education and training to the students, allowing them to be expected as scientific research leaders with entrepreneurial skills in new bioindustrial areas.

This Special Issue aims to collect both original research and review articles regarding applications of experimental or methodological and theoretical approaches in revealing the BioScience and BioTechnology.

Letter to the Editor

The Letter to the Editor for Journal of Human, Earth, and Future should start with "To the Editor", and contain the body of the article of not longer than 1000 words which may be broken into subsections with short, informative headings. Letters to the Editor may be edited for clarity or length and may be subject to peer review at the editors' discretion.
